By clicking "Accept,” you acknowledge that the SharePoint Data may contain export restricted data as well as confidential information, and agree to strictly maintain the confidentiality of all SharePoint Data.  You further agree to take all reasonable steps and precautions to maintain such confidentiality so that you do not intentionally nor unintentionally divulge SharePoint Data to any third party.

In addition, the SharePoint Data may be protected under the terms of a confidentiality agreement with Joby, you/your company, the party who has furnished such information, or a third party. In such case, this click-wrap agreement does not supersede or replace any terms of such confidentiality agreement.

You also agree NOT to:

• Share any export restricted information (or any information you suspect to be export restricted information) without prior approval from the Joby Legal Team.
• Share your access with other persons
• Share SharePoint Data and related information with unauthorized parties.
• Attempt to disable the protection software associated with this site.
